Chris has worked within the property industry for over 25 Years in various estate agencies before becoming the owner of Churchills in 2003. Chris is a member of Propertymark, which includes both National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the industry. He enjoys a bit of DIY and going to the gym.

Kim joined Chris at the family business in 2004, primarily to grow the rental company and has a vast knowledge of the rental market, legalities and regulations. She has a reputation of being firm but fair!

Steph has been with Churchills since 2005 and in this time has built up a high level of expertise of the sales process, negotiations and customer service. Being local she has a fantastic understanding of the area and our customers. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Kerry has been with Churchills since 2016 having previously worked in the industry in Doncaster. She has an excellent knowledge of the sales & rental process, rental market and customer services. As a local she has a great understanding of the area and our customers. She loves spending time her little family, as well as socialising.
